We have now partnered with ANZ to provide direct credit card processing for orders placed on our site.  When you select the 'credit card' option at the checkout, you will be transferred to a secure ANZ bank page where your payment will be taken.  Once you have completed this step, you will be returned to our website.

On top of this, we are also a partipating retailer in both Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode which helps keep you protected even further when shopping online in our store!  Only you can use your credit card in our store as our system will require authentication.

If making payment with Credit Card you must put your full street address and phone contact numbers in the Billing section of the Checkout.  If you want your parcel sent to a PO Box this is ok to do so, however please put your PO Box in the Shipping Details and your actual street address in the Billing section please.

BANK DEPOSIT INFORMATION
If you wish to pay via Bank Deposit please use your Order number when making the deposit. Any deposits made without a reference will be unable to be matched to your order, and your order can not be posted out as we will not know who you are.  Please note that Bank Transfers are not instant.  Payments made prior to 4pm will appear the following day, payments made after 4pm will take an extra day due to the way the banks do their transfers.  Most banks have a cut off time of 4pm.  Payments made after 4pm Friday evenings and over weekends will not appear in our account until Tuesday morning.

If paying over the counter at a Bank it is extremely important to ask the teller to leave your order number as a reference for us. Your receipt number from the bank is of no use to us at all. It is your reference only and will not appear anywhere on our bank statement. Please note that some deposits may take up to 2 or 3 working days to clear into our account. Any payments made after 4pm in the afternoon will not show in our account the next day, they will take an extra day due to the way the banks transfer to accounts. Any payments made after 4pm of a Friday and over the weekends, will not show in our account until the following Tuesday morning.

We are unable to send any parcels until we received full cleared payment into our account.  Please do not ask for an exception, as a refusal often offends and our policy on this is quite firm.

If you wish to pay via Credit Card you may do so at the time of placing your order when going through the shopping cart. All of our payments are now processed through the ANZ banks secure website.  We do this to ensure that your credit card information is safe and secure. 

At no time do we ever see your credit card details.  The ANZ bank is one of the largest banks in Australia and as such their payment system is extremely secure.  Once your details have been entered into the shopping cart you will then be transferred to the ANZ banks website to complete you payment after which you will be returned to our website.

MORE ABOUT VERIFIED BY VISA & MASTERCARD SECURECODE

As a further security ANZ eGate uses "Verified By Visa" to ensure your credit card details are safe and secure.  With Verified by Visa you will be prompted to create a password known only to you when entering your payment details.  This password ensures that only you, the account holder is able to use your credit card to make online payments.  Each time you purchase an item online at a site that uses "Verified by Visa" you can then enter the password as an added measure of protection.  The ANZ bank advises that "Verified by Visa" is an important protection program for all online credit card purchases.
