IMPORTANT.....RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We urge you to read this prior to purchase.

All purchases of hair extensions are final.  No returns will be accepted.  We will accept exchanges only if our terms below have been have been followed. 

We will not accept unauthorized returns of Hair Extensions. If you receive your purchase and are in any way unhappy with it please contact us within 3 days of receipt.. Please also note...once the hair has been removed from its original packaging we are unable to accept a return.  This also applies regardless of whether or not the product was used.  Once opened...NO return.

We do not refund if you simply change your mind, so please ensure that you really do want the hair extensions before you purchase.  If a colour is incorrect we will exchange for another, but will not refund.  Exchange is only possible if below condtitions have been met.

You must contact us first before sending an item back for exchange or refund.  Item must be returned within 7 days.  Exchanges may only be made once.  Any further exchanges will incure a handling fee of $25.00.

If you have been authorized to return a product it MUST be returned in it's original packaging and in the same brand new, unused, unopened condition in which you received it. If an item is returned and we deem that it has been opened or has not been returned to us in the original brand new condition in which it was sent then the item will be returned to you at your cost and no refund issued.  Returned stock must be sent by a trackable method of postage and be received back by us within 7 days.

If you have purchased Clip In Extensions please inspect the hair and colour BEFORE removing from packaging, and BEFORE removing the bindings from the hair. Once the bindings have been removed we can not accept a exchange. If hair has been cut or coloured/altered in any way, exchanges/returns can not and will not be accepted under any circumstances. We offer no warranty or guarantee on hair that has been coloured. Do so at your own risk.  DO NOT open the extensions "for a look".  Once opened NO exchange will be accepted.

If a clip is loose these can easily be restitched back on using normal needle and thread. If clip is broken we will happily send you a replacement clip so that you can sew it back on. We will even include a few spares for you. Clips can and do break/come loose etc and as such we will replace the clip, but not the entire hair extension set. Clips are considered a consumable part of the hair extensions.

If you have purchased Easy Loops/I-Tipps/Fusion hair please inspect the hair BEFORE removing the bindings. Once the bindings have been removed we can not accept a exchange. We suggest combing through the extensions prior to removing the bindings because once removed we will not exchange or return. Some malting of hair is normal. It is impossible for each and every strand of hair to be bound in the keratin glue. When first combed through you should expect to see some hair come out. This will settle however and is quite normal.

Removing the bindings indicates acceptance on your part that the hair is in good condition and suitable for your use.  If Clip Ins are returned to us and we find that they have been removed from the packaging they will be returned to you without refund or exchange at your expense.

If we are refunding your purchase for any reason only a refund of the purchase price will be issued. Postage costs are non-refundable. 

If our condtions have been met and you are authorised to exchange a product then the return postage both ways (return of parcel to us, and new parcel sent to you) is at your expense.

All return postage costs are at the expense of the purchaser. We will not cover return postage costs and parcels marked "Return To Sender" will be refused.

Parcels sent back to us for exchange should be sent via a trackable method (eg. Registered Post). This protects both parties, as you will have a signature when your parcel is returned to us.  If a parcel is sent back via a method which is not trackable and it does not arrive to its destination an exchange can not be issued.   It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a safe refutn of our stock for exchange.

We are sorry for the strictness of our Returns Policy however due to the nature of the product we sell we have to abide by them due to strict Hygeine reasons.
