Postage Options:

Australian Customers: Your parcel will be sent by the following postage method.

Australia Post - Express Post e-Parcel

Please note: that e-Parcel Express Post DOES contain insurance on your parcel, unlike normal Express Post which does not. e-Parcel is a courier delivered, fully trackable service and a signature is required on delivery. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted a card will be left advising you to collect your parcel at your local post office. Many areas are overnight, however, if you do not live within the next day delivery network zone then your parcel will normally take 2-5 days to deliver. If you live in a remote area it may take longer.

e-Parcel Express Post is the quickest, safest way to ensure you receive your parcel and this is the reason we have changed from normal Express Post to the e-Parcel system.

If you are expecting a parcel and have not received a card in your letter box, please contact your local post office to see if the parcel is wating there for you, as sometimes your local postie may forgot to leave a card to notify you.

We will post to PO Boxes however you must also supply your full street address in the "Billing" section of the checkout.  Put your PO Box delivery details in the "Shipping" section of the checkout.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all contact and postal details are correct (including spelling).  If an item is returned to us due to incorrect contact/postal details then we weill request that postage is repaid to enable your parcel to be resent.

International Customers: Sorry...we no longer send parcels internationally.

Delivery Time:

We normally post out parcels within 24-48 hours of cleared payment being received.  Express Post within Australia is overnight to quite a few destinations but not all. If you are outside the next day delivery network your parcel will take 2-3 working days from the time it is posted out.  Please allow enough time for your parcel to arrive especially if you live in a remote area.  Overnight delivery networks can be checked on the Australia Post website. www.auspost.com.au

Please note we can not be held responsible for late delivery, and no compensation of any kind will be entered into for late delivery.  We post all parcels when  we receive cleared payment.  Delivery time is then totally in then hands of Australia Post over which we have no control.  We can not advise a time when your parcel will be delivered.  If you need delivery by a certain day we suggest placing your order early to allow for any delays on the part of Australia Post.  Delays sometimes do occur with Australia Post due to fog at airports, flood, and courier truck breakdowns.  In our experience it doesn't happen very often, but it does happen.
