PAYMENT METHODS

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INFORMATION - Australian & International Customers
We have partnered with ANZ (one of Australias largest banks) to provide direct credit card processing for orders placed on our site. Our payment gateway is 1024bit SSL encrypted. This means your details are protected by industry leading security software. Your payment details are never stored on our website Overseas customers may have to contact their bank to inform them that they are making an international transaction prior to purchase.

If making payment with Credit Card you must put your full street address and phone contact numbers in the Billing section of the Checkout. If you want your parcel sent to a PO Box this is ok to do so, however please put your PO Box in the Shipping Details and your actual street address in the Billing section please.

**IMPORTANT: If you are a first time customer with us and your order is over our security limit then we may email to ask for more information from you. In some instances we will refund a small amount back to your credit card as a security measure. We will then require you to contact us by email to verify the amount that we have refunded. Only the card holder will have access to this information so it is a secure way to verify the card as recommended by most banks. This will normally only delay your order by 24 hours. You will not be asked to do this on future orders with us.

Extra Information for International Credit Card Payments

All Credit Card payments made by an International Customer must be verified before we will ship your parcel.  Once you place an order with us we will refund a small amount to your card and email to ask you what this amount is.  (Very similar to how Paypal verify an account).  

Once you log into your internet banking you will be able to see the refund amount.  Let us know what this amount is via email and we will then know the credit card actually belongs to you and can send your parcel. Only the actual credit card holder can access this information.  This whole process should only take a day or two.  Doing this helps protect us against the high risk of Credit Card fraud that internet businessess are open to.  It would also protect you in the case that ever your credit card is stolen and used to try and make a purchase on our site.

PAYPAL PAYMENT INFORMATION - Australian & International Customers
We now accept payment through Paypal To use Paypal with our online store you must have a Paypal Account. Please note that we will also only post to your registered Paypal address. If the address used on your order for shipping is different to your Paypal registered shipping address we will contact you and ask that you add the shipping address to your Paypal account before we can ship. It is a Paypal requirement that both your order address, and Paypal address be the same.

BANK DEPOSIT INFORMATION - Australian Customers Only
If you wish to pay via Bank Deposit (Australian Customers) please use your Order number when making the deposit. Any deposits made without a reference will be unable to be matched to your order, and your order can not be posted out as we will not know who you are.  Please note that Bank Transfers are not instant.  Payments made prior to 4pm will appear the following day, payments made after 4pm will take an extra day due to the way the banks do their transfers.  Most banks have a cut off time of 4pm.  Payments made after 4pm Friday evenings and over weekends will not appear in our account until Tuesday morning.

If paying over the counter at a Bank it is extremely important to ask the teller to leave your order number as a reference for us. Your receipt number from the bank is of no use to us at all. It is your reference only and will not appear anywhere on our bank statement. Please note that some deposits may take up to 2 or 3 working days to clear into our account. Any payments made after 4pm in the afternoon will not show in our account the next day, they will take an extra day due to the way the banks transfer to accounts. Any payments made after 4pm of a Friday and over the weekends, will not show in our account until the following Tuesday morning.

We are unable to send any parcels until we received full cleared payment into our account.  Please do not ask for an exception, as a refusal often offends and our policy on this is quite firm.

For Locals who wish to order online and collect in person so that you are able to participate in our VIP Rewards system. Please place your order and select Money Order as your payment type. This will keep track of your purchases and VIP Points Rewards. You can then call in and pay for your order when you pick up.
